Amsterdam -05-2004

Fifth May is Dutch national liberation day to celebrate the end of Second World War. During years, this day full of festivities changed more and more into an awareness day. While a few years back the Museum Square in the capital Amsterdam was packed with people enjoying the music and good spirit, this year while spirit was still great, the crowd was small.

Numerous bands performed at three stages for afternoon until 23:00. In these photo's: the rap group Urban Free Stylers, Rotterdam Ska Jazz Foundation (do we need to explain more?), Lange Frans & Baas B. Last bands and main acts were New Cool Collective and on the other main stage Treble (not my cup of tea).
