Pizza Crust

1. Combine en a large bowl:
1 cup warm water
1 package yeast ( 1 gram or a tablespoom)
2. When dissolved add:
1 tablespoon sugar
11/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
11/4 cup flour
3.Beat until smooth then add:
2 cups additional flour or enough to make a stiff dough
4. Knead until elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise
until double about 45 minutes.
5. Form 2 balls (for 2 small pans) or 1 ball for a large pan. Pat and
stetch to fill greased pizza pans. Let rise 10 minutes.
6. Add topping and bake at 450 centigrades for 20-25 minutes or until crust
is golden brown.
