Orogenetics exists as a collective resource for a group of sound artists working to develop and maintain individual and collaborative visions. The concept of orogenetics has come from observing parallels between sound creation and geo-physical phenomena, particularly geologic and geo-magnetic resonace.

Through these analogies can fundamental creative processes be explored. To enable new forums and connections opening space for dialogue about perception, sound phenomena, and related information.

We are accepting and publishing new text and projects from people researching various aspects of perception with an emphasis on analogies of sound.
