This is the first CD released on N D and a debut CD by long time sound artist PBK.
Two works appear on this CD; "Macrophage" and "The Toil and The Reap" for a total of over 60 minutes of work which crosses a physical tension into a seductive filmic landscape. PBK's work has been described as both a "coherent delineation" and as a "Lovecraftian 'terrible beaufy'." A dense world of analog electronics which are condensed, shaped and molded into an introspective hour.
Packaged in an embossed sleeve.
Reviews
"A discomposing soundscape of virulent noise, the repetitive aspect of which gives it an almost hypnotic quality that draws you deeper in, urging you to increas the volume. Basic elements of scratching are used to a surprising effect when combined with the sheer volume of sounds that your ear is expected to cope with." - Variant Magazine (UK)
